Hydrobumps was founded in 2018 by myself Tisian, I am a registered midwife and have experience working in hospital and community settings. I have a keen interest in supporting women to lead healthier pregnancies with nutrition and exercise, so I decided to study this further with an MSc in Public Health Nutrition.

I am fully trained in aqua-natal teaching with the Royal College of Midwives accredited Aquafusion courses.

Whilst I am a registered midwife and can provide advice relating to the aqua-natal classes and pregnancy, you must always ensure you seek advice from your named midwife or doctor for individualised care and support for you and your baby.

I aim to keep the classes fun and will adapt the sessions to cater to the needs of different mums to be so everybody has the chance to engage and meet other mums in a comfortable environment.

I look forward to seeing you at one of our classes and wish you congratulations on your exciting pregnancy news.
